Permission is granted to temporarily use Bubbaships for personal and commercial shipping needs. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

4. Responsibilities of Shippers

Shippers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipment information
• Ensuring cargo is properly packaged and labeled
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Payment of agreed-upon shipping fees

5. Responsibilities of Truckers

Truckers are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses and insurance
• Delivering shipments safely and on time
• Following traffic laws and regulations
• Proper handling and care of cargo

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon between shippers and truckers for each shipment. Bubbaships serves as a platform connecting parties and is not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bubbaships shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from:

• Loss of or damage to cargo
• Delays in delivery
• Disputes between shippers and truckers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Bubbaships:

• For any unlawful purpose

10. Termination
